Jeanette Miller

Jeanette Miller
Managing Director
Jeanette was described in BBC’s Panorama as one of the country’s leading solicitors specialising in motoring law. She regularly appears on TV and Radio to comment on high profile cases and changes in motoring legislation.
The success of the firm is in part due to the almost prophetic instincts Jeanette has about the issues in our cases.
In addition to having an unusual approach to her clients and the motoring cases she gets involved in, Jeanette also looks to alternative business enhancement solutions such as Feng Shui and is a great fan of positive business thinking philosophies. She and her team are also strong advocates of the law of attraction and the importance of pre- paving your expectation of a positive outcome in your case.
All cases are overseen by Jeanette who retains ultimate responsibility for the firm’s work although she is not responsible day to day for client service standards. Any service standard issues should be directed to Tara Boyle, Legal Director.
Jeanette also focuses her efforts on helping people, whether it be by fighting prosecutions for motoring offences or assisting with fundraising for numerous poverty and addiction related charities.

They are not yet fully qualified solicitors but are working towards full qualifications.
Daisy Nisbet and James Tunstall are Motoring Litigation Specialists who conduct their own cases and/or assist the legal team on cases.
