Cancellation and Refund Request Terms and Conditions

If you wish to cancel the contract you MUST DO SO IN WRITING within 14 days of your initial instructions and payment to us and submit your request via this page on our website.

You should complete this form ONLY IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT.

We will require your bank details in order to process any refund due. This will be obtained from you verbally and we will conduct security checks over the phone with you before your refund will be processed. We aim to process payment of any refund within 2 business days of receiving your request and verifying your details with our security check. Please note, it can take 5-7 business days for your bank to clear funds in your account.
