Jeanette Miller speaks to BBC Radio London (6:30) about a pedestrian who is on a mobile phone and steps out into traffic and is hit by a cyclist. The female pedestrian is awarded compensation despite the judge finding she was partly to blame for looking at her phone while stepping into the road.
