We were able to achieve justice for our client who had been to four other firms of solicitors before we agreed to take on her case.

Client X had suffered a really nasty accident when she lost her balance on a trench caused by sunken tarmac on a pavement in Bolton. The council's insurers denied liability claiming the defect was not bad enough to mean that they should have repaired it.
